How It Works

Project communication –

Plans are developed to facilitate understanding and motivation for leadership development and change initiatives. Essential to the success of the communication plan is creating messaging that connects employees to the expected outcomes of their work. A communication plan is prepared to ensure the right messages reach the appropriate people at the correct times. Our plans include communication goals, stakeholders and strategies, activities, and timelines. The objective of these communication plans is to achieve project goals by keeping everyone informed with consistent messaging.

Key project communication tasks we often execute include:

  • Develop a list of communications stakeholders

  • Meet with each stakeholder and identify communications needs

  • Identify the required communications events

  • Determine the method and frequency of communications events

  • Allocate resources to communications events

  • Build a communications schedule


Status reporting —

Our Project Managers host periodic status and synchronization meetings with our clients and extended project teams as appropriate. During these meetings, the project manager presents a status report that includes the following details:

  • Overview of activities per task

  • Summary of issues, problems, and corrective actions taken, or proposed solutions/resolutions to the issues/problems

  • Personnel gains, losses, and status

  • Government actions or decisions or input required

  • Schedules and plans (showing major tasks, milestones, deliverables, and planned and actual start and completion dates)
